Since Cats & Bots is a very small operation, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns. We don’t operate from a large facility or warehouse, and simply don’t have the space to manage returned inventory.
That said, your experience matters a lot to us.
If there’s ever an issue with your order — whether something arrives with QA issues, incorrect, or not quite right — please contact us. We will always do our best to work with you and make sure you’re happy with your order.
